1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RegiMint Score™ (available at regimint.pplx.app) or the myregimint.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the tool or this website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkPath AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("LinkPath," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of the Tool

RegiMint Score™ is a financial resilience diagnostic tool that generates a score (300–850) based on responses to a questionnaire covering 11 financial planning categories. It is designed to be used in the context of a supervised discovery process with a licensed financial advisor.

The tool is intended for use by:

• Licensed financial advisors, CFPs, RIAs, and broker-dealer representatives ("Advisors")
• Clients of the above Advisors, under their supervision

3. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

RegiMint Score™ and all content on myregimint.com are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• Financial planning advice or a financial plan
• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security
• Insurance recommendations or a coverage analysis
• Tax advice or tax planning guidance
• Legal advice of any kind
• A Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) disclosure or compliance document

The score and flag outputs are diagnostic indicators only. They are starting points for conversation with a licensed professional — not conclusions or recommendations. LinkPath AI LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, insurance company, or law firm.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, scoring methodology, question logic, weighting algorithms, flag frameworks, and branding associated with RegiMint Score™ — including but not limited to the name "RegiMint Score™," the scoring scale, the 11-category framework, and the cohort-based assessment structure — are the exclusive intellectual property of LinkPath AI LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the scoring methodology, question set, or weighting logic
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying scoring algorithm
• Create derivative works based on the RegiMint Score™ framework without written permission
• Use the RegiMint Score™ name, trademark, or branding without written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of this tool without a written license agreement
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the tool or website

Unauthorized use of LinkPath AI LLC's intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and damages.

5. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, LinkPath AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use RegiMint Score™ for its intended purpose: facilitating financial discovery conversations between licensed advisors and their clients.

Advisors who have registered for beta access may use the tool with their clients during the beta period as described in their beta agreement. All other users must have explicit written authorization from LinkPath AI LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RegiMint Score™ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scores will accurately reflect a user's complete financial situation. Financial circumstances are complex and multifaceted — no diagnostic tool can fully capture them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkPath AI LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on RegiMint Score™ or myregimint.com.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed $100 USD for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the tool.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkPath AI LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the tool in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the tool.

9. Compliance Responsibility

Advisors using RegiMint Score™ are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the tool complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and their firm's policies — including but not limited to FINRA rules, SEC regulations, state securities laws, Regulation Best Interest, and their broker-dealer or RIA's outside business activity (OBA) policies.

LinkPath AI LLC makes no representations regarding the regulatory treatment of this tool under any specific regulatory framework. Advisors should consult their compliance department before use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
